*School year training class schedule will be released in the next two weeks*

Development Education:

·       Speed training begins to detrain after 3-8 days of neglect. A large break in training before the season is a recipe for a slower athlete. This is why in-season training is the most important time to be participating in a performance program.

·       How long should your athlete be training to see noticeable results? 6-8 months depending on your athlete’s ability and prior experience training.

·       How many times a week should your athlete train while in-season? Two training sessions per week along with structured nutrition is recommended to maintain off-season gains and decrease the likelihood of injuries. Off-season athletes should be training 3-4x per week to see large, statistical results.

Why Loyalty?
